Fair Fees Policy – Our fair fees policy means we have a completely transparent approach to fees. We will agree a fee with you in advance that includes signage, photography and advertising so there will be no surprises. On top of that, we will not charge a penny until the property is let or sold. Moving On – For most people, selling a property usually means their primary residence. Of course, we can help you in your search for a new home but if you are buying a property there can be delays and two sales rarely close on the same day.
