Since March 2020 we have been operating our business under the regulators guidelines and continue to do that under Level 5 restrictions. Our staff will work remotely where possible and all precautions are taken to keep everyone involved safe. Below is a basic overview of our level 5 guidelines:
Our offices will be closed to the public but we will be available as always to carry out any duties as required.
We are permitted to attend properties that are to be placed on the market for sale or to let. We are also permitted to attend properties arrange for BER certification and any other requirement on engagement.
Properties may be viewed once vacant. Time restricted appointments will be required and only two members from one household will be permitted at any time. Viewings may also happen in emergency circumstances.
Physical inspections are not permitted in person unless the property is vacant. We have however created another method where tenants can self-inspect online. All inspections are geo tagged and time/date stamped. Other than that our management services continue – business as usual.
Sales Related Services
Engagement of the services of Valuers, surveyors and other required professionals to progress the sale is permitted in the following circumstances:
1) Properties are sale agreed.
2) Contract for sale signed subject to conditions.
3) Valuations required by banks or solicitors pertaining to essential services.
4) Emergency circumstances
Properties must be unoccupied at the time of appointment. Professionals to follow sectoral, HSE and Government Guidelines.
