Valuations – We will provide an accurate, up to date appraisal of what your property is worth in today’s market. If you are just curious and want a basic valuation over the phone, let us know as we are always happy to have a chat. But if you would like a detailed market valuation, we will visit your home at your convenience, free of charge and with no strings attached.
Marketing – We offer free, fast and effective marketing. Without delay, we will arrange to have your property photographed and presented in a way that will maximize its exposure. We will:
Fair Fees Policy – Our fair fees policy means we have a completely transparent approach to fees. We will agree a fee with you in advance that includes signage, photography and advertising so there will be no surprises. On top of that, we will not charge a penny until the property is let or sold. We are investing in your business because we are confident in our business.
Moving On – For most people, selling a property usually means their primary residence. Of course, we can help you in your search for a new home but if you are buying a property there can be delays and two sales rarely close on the same day. We are available to advise on which is the best way to manage your sale and can also negotiate suitable short term rentals. At the very least we can recommend a good removals service.
