I have dealt with Earnest for over 10 years, first as management agent for my apartment and then more recently as estate agent to sell my apartment. During this time I mostly dealt with Ken Lundy who I have always found to be very helpful and professional and great at keeping you in the loop. I have had the priveledge of using Earnest for over 10x years - initially renting the property and subsequently preparing for and executing a sale.
It was primaraliy Paul who looked after our interests over the years, and in the sale process - Ken did a great job - in a market where there was very strong demand.
Communication was essential over the years. They were consistently on hand when needed. As with any rentals there were challenges with tenants - that got resolved. Communications were polite and professional
