As a landlord you want to rent your property as soon as possible for the highest possible price. You want to avoid empty periods and guarantee a regular, consistent rental income. Letting properties has been the core element of our business since we opened in 2004. We can help with every stage of the letting process or if you prefer we’ll just step in when you want us to. No two landlords or properties are the same so we’ll tailor our proposal to you.

We are, above all, a trustworthy and down-to-earth firm. From the moment we provide our free and accurate pricing advice, through to the point of exchanging contracts, you can be assured of the highest quality of one-to-one service.

Most Estate Agents fees vary significantly and have hidden costs. We don’t think this is fair. So we have developed a completely transparent approach to fees.

We will agree a fee with you in advance that includes signage, photography and advertising so there will be no surprises. On top of that, we will not charge you a penny until the property is let or sold.

This may come as a shock, but when we say no surprises, we mean no surprises! We may have mentioned it already, but that’s just how we do things around here.
