Please note that our offices will closed from the 24^th of December and will reopen on Tuesday the 4^th of January 2022. For any of our tenants please note you can contact our emergency service on 018728808. Please note that this number will be used for emergencies only and as such emergencies will be dealt with.

AN EMERGENCY IS DEFINED AS ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING:

1. A leak or water damage from one apartment to another, or from a common area or sewer mains blockages.
2. A break-in or security incident.
3. A Fire incident or Fire alarm activation. (CALL FIRE BRIGADE FIRST IN ANY FIRE SITUATION)
4. Mains utility failure, i.e water, electricity, gas.

Any call to the emergency Service, or contractors, which is not deemed an emergency WILL NOT BE DEALT WITH until the next working day.
